A few things worth knowing

The details behind
the partnership.

From engineering capacity to the first rollout, here’s how we shape the work together.

Talk through your requirements
01Can we get dedicated development for our workflows?

Yes. We scope dedicated engineering capacity around the workflows, product extensions or custom integrations your team needs. Together we define the deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and ongoing ownership before work starts. Your relationship manager keeps the engineering plan connected to your rollout and priorities, with progress reviewed against the agreed scope.

02How do enterprise feature requests get handled?

Your requests have a structured path to our product and engineering team. We review the problem, the people it affects and the outcome you need, then discuss the right approach: configuration, a product improvement or scoped development. You get visibility into the decision and next steps. Delivery commitments are attached to agreed work, so submitting a request does not automatically commit every idea to the roadmap.

03What does highest priority support mean?

Enterprise customers receive our highest priority support through the channels and escalation path agreed for their engagement. We establish support coverage, severity definitions, contacts and response commitments in the service agreement. Your relationship manager coordinates escalations and keeps the right people involved. This gives your team a clear route from reporting an issue to understanding its owner and next action.

04What does our dedicated relationship manager do?

Your relationship manager is the named contact who knows your organization, priorities and success plan. They coordinate onboarding, support escalations, engineering commitments and account reviews, so your team has one place to bring the bigger picture. They also connect your administrators, champions and decision-makers with the right Leera specialists as your rollout grows.

05Will you help us migrate from our existing tools?

Yes. Migration assistance starts with the systems and data you want to bring over. We assess the available exports or APIs, map fields and relationships, and agree on what will transfer, how it will be validated and when the cutover happens. A representative sample comes before the wider move. The work is scoped to your source systems, data quality and retention needs, including any custom tooling required.

06Can enterprise support work with cloud or self-hosted Leera?

Yes. We can shape the engagement around Leera Cloud or a deployment on infrastructure your team manages. Self-hosted options include Docker Compose and Kubernetes with Helm. Your solution architect helps map deployment, storage, networking, AI and operating responsibilities. Offline licensing and private-network requirements are handled as part of that plan. Your written scope identifies who owns hosting, backups, updates and incident response.

07How do we control AI and the data it uses?

Start with the workflows, data and provider terms your organization approves. On a self-hosted instance, configure supported AI providers and model endpoints, including compatible endpoints on your network. Review permissions, connected AI clients and token scopes alongside the relevant provider agreements. Our team helps map those choices to your rollout. Self-hosting controls the application infrastructure; requests to an external AI provider still follow that provider’s endpoint and data terms.

08How is an enterprise engagement priced?

We build a proposal around your deployment, software plan or license, team needs and service scope. Dedicated engineering, migration, custom integrations, training and support coverage are defined with their deliverables and commercial terms. The proposal separates software and services from infrastructure and AI usage, and identifies any recurring commitments. You know what is included, who owns each part and how additional work is agreed.

09Can you help with our security and procurement review?

Yes. Bring your questionnaire, required controls and procurement process into the discovery conversation. We coordinate the available architecture information, data-handling details and contractual review, then map your requirements to the chosen deployment. Evidence, certification status and any required commitments are confirmed directly during that review. Mandatory access or provisioning requirements are evaluated before a rollout is agreed.

10What happens after we decide to move forward?

We create a shared success plan with owners, milestones and a representative pilot. Your rollout can include solution architecture, migration assistance, administrator and champion training, change management and operating runbooks. After launch, your relationship manager brings adoption, support and feature requests into regular account reviews. We use the results to agree on the next priorities and keep the engagement useful as your team grows.
