1. Overview
Leera's products are sold through our authorized merchant of record, Paddle, which handles all payment processing, billing, and refund operations. This cancellation and refund policy applies to all purchases made through our platform and is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period. You can cancel your subscription through the Paddle buyer portal (accessible via the link in your subscription confirmation email), through your Leera account settings, or by contacting our support team at support@leera.io.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase for one-off transactions, or within 14 days of the most recent renewal date for subscriptions. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing a transaction. If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the charges you have paid.
5. Free Trials
If your subscription began with a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, you may still request a refund within 14 days as described above.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed by Paddle and will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
7. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy in accordance with applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision updated above. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
