Select text and choose Task. Create the Planner issue and leave a linked reference in its place, so the plan stays connected to the work.
Yes. Select text and choose Task from the formatting toolbar. Leera uses the text as the task title and replaces the selection with a linked issue. If no project is active, the task creation dialog lets you choose one.
How does AI help with writing?+
With a configured AI provider, select text to improve writing, fix grammar, change tone or length, translate, summarize, explain, or simplify. Review the suggestion before accepting or inserting it, adding it below where available, or discarding it.
How do autosave and saved versions work?+
Autosave keeps the current document up to date. Save version adds a checkpoint to history. You can preview a saved version and restore its title, icon, and content; restoration saves the current version first so you can return to it.
Who can view or edit a document?+
Access combines page permissions with inherited collection permissions. Workspace visibility gives members view access, and owners can grant viewer or editor roles. Owners can also lock a page to pause editing until it is unlocked.
What does publishing a document share?+
The owner can publish a selected document as a public read-only page and share its link. Publishing applies to that document, including its displayed content and attachments. Other workspace pages keep their own access rules, and the owner can unpublish the page at any time.
