Tool comparison
USD · September 8, 2026
Published competitor plan prices, selected annual costs, and related Leera capabilities. Highlighted rows contribute to the total using the shared team size.
Includes a workspace wiki. Choose no separate document tool if you do not pay for another document subscription. Self-hosted and other offers have their own terms.
Tiered pricing varies with user count. This shared-seat estimate uses the displayed reference rate; check Atlassian’s calculator for a tier-adjusted quote.
Projects, AI, testing & documentsAI and infrastructure follow your deployment and plan.
Exact arithmetic for the inputs shown, not a vendor quote or a claim of identical features. Jira and Confluence use tiered pricing; monday.com seat bundles and AI charges can change the total. The estimate uses the same number of users across all selected plans and excludes vendor-specific discounts and seat-bundle adjustments. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Sources, assumptions & the calculation +
All estimates are in USD. Competitor defaults use annual billing expressed monthly, except Jira and Confluence’s displayed monthly references; these are price references, not a claim that the products are identical. Checked September 8, 2026.
Current annual cost = Σ(selected tool rate × team size × 12) + current extras × 12. Leera year-one cost = (seat rate × people + hosting + extra AI + operations) × 12 + license payments due in year one + migration. Savings = current annual cost − Leera year-one cost. Shorter license terms are rounded up to enough full terms to cover 365 days; perpetual licenses are counted in full once. Monthly equivalent is the year-one total divided by 12, not an available monthly payment option.
No productivity savings are assigned a dollar value. The team-size slider applies equally to Leera and all selected competitors. Published reference rates are fixed; discounts, tier adjustments, and vendor seat bundles can change your actual invoice.
Transparent inputs. Real arithmetic. No assumed productivity multiplier.

Included features follow your plan’s capacity and configuration. ¹ Branding and additional workspaces follow the installed license; the Leera name stays hidden apart from the sidebar’s desktop app download (server releases after 1.3.0), which names Leera Self-Hosted on every self-hosted plan once the desktop apps are released. Enterprise coverage is agreed in your quote.
Clarity is part of the product.

Your data stays accessible.
A self-hosted license expiry does not remove access to your existing workspaces. Core functionality keeps working.
Separate terms. Clear expectations.
License duration, updates, hosting, and AI usage are distinct. See the terms before you make a purchase.
A choice in how you run.
Start in the cloud or operate your own installation. Discuss migration scope before changing deployment.
What is the difference between Cloud and self-hosted?
Cloud is a workspace subscription, billed for your seats, with Leera operating the application infrastructure. Self-hosted runs on a server or cluster your team manages. The free self-hosted edition has no seat subscription; paid licenses apply to an installation. Your infrastructure, email, AI providers, backups, and operations are separate costs.
Can I try Leera before choosing a paid plan?
New cloud workspaces start with a 14-day trial. You can also install the free self-hosted edition and use its core workspace without a paid license. Confirm the cloud plan and any AI allowance in your workspace before the trial ends.
What does the free self-hosted edition include?
The core application runs with Leera branding and one workspace. All self-hosted plans include unlimited manually created tickets/tasks, projects, QA test cases, test suites, test plans, test runs, documents and pages. AI workflows have separate creation allowances; AI still needs a configured provider and its usage is your responsibility. Registration is optional for manual core work. AI creation of issues, test cases, and projects requires a free registration and follows the instance license allowances. Custom branding and additional workspaces each require the corresponding entitlement in your license.
Which plans use Leera branding?
Cloud and standard Self Hosted use Leera branding, including Leera AI. White-label Self Hosted and Enterprise hide the Leera name and vendor links. The one exception is the desktop app download, once the desktop apps are released. On server releases after 1.3.0, the sidebar of a self-hosted instance then offers Leera Self-Hosted, which keeps its name, from Leera’s GitHub releases. A desktop app with a White-label or Enterprise instance’s own name and icon is planned and not yet available. White-label supports your product name, colors, application logo, and favicon; Enterprise customization follows the branding entitlement in your agreement. The AI lotus icon stays the same on every plan.
Is White-label a subscription or a one-time purchase?
White-label is licensed separately from cloud seats. The offer above states whether the license is perpetual or term-based, its price, and the update coverage. The Lifetime badge means a perpetual software license. License duration and update coverage are separate. Use the current offer shown above and confirm the terms in your instance before purchasing; a perpetual license does not mean lifetime updates or included hosting.
What happens if a self-hosted license expires?
Your existing data and workspaces remain accessible. If a verified White-label or Enterprise license expires, custom branding falls back to a neutral Workspace identity while the Leera name and vendor links remain hidden, apart from the sidebar’s desktop app download (server releases after 1.3.0), which names Leera Self-Hosted on every self-hosted plan once the desktop apps are released. Creating additional workspaces requires an eligible license. The license check does not lock you out of existing workspaces. Update eligibility follows the update window on your license.
Can I deploy in my own cloud or on-premises?
Yes. The repository includes a Docker Compose installer and Kubernetes Helm deployment. You can run these on infrastructure you manage, including your own cloud VM or on-premises environment. Review capacity, storage, network, backup, and recovery requirements before production use.
Can Leera run on an isolated network?
The self-hosted core can run without registering. Paid offline licenses can be arranged for environments without outbound licensing connections. AI, email, login providers, and integrations each need a reachable service or a compatible configuration in your network. Discuss the exact requirements with us.
Are AI and all other costs included?
Cloud plans list their AI token allowance where the catalog specifies one; check the AI credits page for additional usage. Self-hosted deployments use the providers you configure. Hosting, provider charges, operational support, taxes, and migration costs are separate unless your quote explicitly includes them. The calculator lets you budget for these.
How should I interpret the savings calculator?
It compares your selected subscriptions with the Leera deployment and costs you enter over the first year. The same team size applies to every selected tool, using the published rates and billing basis shown in the comparison. It does not claim feature-for-feature parity, guarantee savings, or put a price on productivity. Only include subscriptions you expect to retire.
