Leera provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, delivered digitally. There are no physical goods shipped, and no shipping fees apply. All purchases are processed by our authorized merchant of record, Paddle.
2. Delivery of Services
Upon successful payment, access to our SaaS products is provided immediately via your registered account. You will receive a confirmation email with access details from Paddle. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing a transaction. 4. Access and Activation
Access to our SaaS products is typically activated immediately upon payment. If access is delayed beyond 24 hours, please check your email for instructions or contact customer support.

If we fail to deliver or unreasonably delay delivering access to the product due to technical issues, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund of the relevant charges paid. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.
