THE WORKSPACE, IN FOCUS

Choose an update. Read the context. Find the next step.

01 / Your daily view

A little less searching.
A clearer starting point.

See who mentioned you, what was assigned, and where the conversation moved. The list keeps the latest activity readable while you decide what needs a closer look.

01

Start with what needs you.

Switch between All and Unread. Focus on Issues, AI & agents, or Reports when you want a smaller view of the activity.

02

Find the update you remember.

Search titles, messages, and issue keys in your loaded updates. Load more when you need to look further back.

03

Keep your place.

Day groups, timestamps, and unread markers make a busy feed easier to follow. Opening an update marks it as read.

04

Clear the view you reviewed.

Mark the unread updates currently shown as read together. Your filters keep that action focused on the view in front of you.

02 / The update, with its context

Read what changed.
See what comes next.

An update is a starting point. Keep the issue or conversation beside the list, then open the full view when the work needs more room.

The issue behind the mention.

Read the issue without leaving the inbox. A referenced comment can take you to the relevant part of the discussion.

A conversation you can continue.

Open an AI message in its conversation context. Review the response and continue the exchange from the reader.

The wider work stays close.

Read report and agent-run updates, then open Reports or Agents to follow up. Each notification keeps its purpose clear.

Fine outlined pages bring scattered pieces of project context together with a soft violet connecting line.

One update. The context to do something with it.

Room to read, on any screen.

List and reader sit side by side on a wider screen. On a smaller one, open an update and use Back to inbox to return to your list.

03 / A little more control

Step away.
Stay within reach.

Allow desktop notifications to see incoming updates while the app is out of focus. Turn those alerts off when you want a quieter desktop; your inbox is still there to catch up in.

Your browser. Your permission.

Enable notifications in a supported browser and manage desktop alerts from notification settings. The app shows when permission is needed or has been blocked.

Keep the review in your own rhythm.

Use your unread view when you return. The saved update leads back to the current project record, so you can review what happened and what has changed since.

A few useful details

Good questions. Clear answers.

What appears in the Inbox?+

Issue mentions, assignments, comments, and updates appear alongside AI messages, agent task updates, reminders, and report notifications. Linked issues and AI conversations open in the reader; report and agent summaries lead to their respective pages.

What does Mark as read affect?+

Opening an update marks it read. The Mark as read button marks the unread notifications currently shown, including your active filters and search. Other unread updates keep their unread state. Reading a notification does not change the linked issue or conversation.

Does search include my entire notification history?+

Search checks the titles, message text, and issue keys in the updates already loaded. Use Load more updates to search further back, or clear the search and filters to return to recent activity.

When do browser desktop notifications appear?+

Browser alerts require notification permission and desktop alerts to be enabled. They appear for incoming updates while the connected Leera tab is hidden or out of focus. Browser permission and your desktop-alert choice can be managed from notification settings.

Do notification preferences apply to each project separately?+

Preferences apply to your account across projects. Event preferences, quiet hours, and email-digest choices are saved, though delivery support is partial: these saved rules are not yet applied across every notification channel.
